Plenty of food for breakfast, well presented. The double room was bright with a balcony.- The location was stunning and magnificent, near Maspalomas Beach and Playa del Ingles, and Mogan.- Thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Every time we stay in Playa del Ingles, like to stay here. This is a brand-new fairly clean hotel providing newly remodelled and practical rooms. The service cannot be beaten, it's friendly with shuttle to the beach and very good Wi-Fi.

The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. And it was quiet.

The restaurant was too crowded and too loud for breakfast !! 2 coffee machines were broken / empty, the staff had a lot of work, and it took a long time until 2 coffee machines were repaired or refilled!

The room was a decent size and newly remodelled with a pool view. The location by the à la carte restaurant was particularly good.- Thanks a lot for the marvelous service, including the shuttle to Maspalomas beaches.

Good service, friendly staff and good animation shows. The food is varied and delicious. . With a free shuttle bus, one gets to the beach Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés. Many shopping facilities in the vicinity.

Unfortunately the room doors cannot be closed quietly. You can hear doors slamming from everywhere. . room with a little light in it

This venue is a fantastic place with friendly staff and a beautiful setting surrounded by tall palm trees.

I really enjoyed the food, the room, the weather. The staff was very nice, except for one or two employees who were not so nice. I also liked the fact that the animation reduced the volume at the appropriate time or that it ended at 22:30.

The staff welcomed us professionally upon our arrival, providing efficient service and paying attention to details.

The bed is super comfortable, the room as a whole excellent.

I had a fantastic stay on vacation. The double room I stayed in was bright and located in the renovated royal level.- The room had an ironing set and a kettle, which was convenient.- The personnel was energetic and understanding.- The location was marvelous and perfect.- The room was fairly clean.

We had an exceptional stay, the hotel was nicely presented, overall clean, with absolutely perfect location in what I thought was one of the better hotels in the area. Our double room was brand-new, with a comfortable bed.
